10 THINGS YOU CAN DO TO ELIMINATE DEPRESSION THAT YOUR DOCTOR DOESNT KNOW

Look, as a fitness professional I come across this issue with about 90% of the new clients, new members, my social media following etc. Its one of the most common disabilities in America, and even worse now with all of the lockdowns, school closures, business closures, people not getting the human connection we crave as humans.

I’ve even had it myself, eliminated my own, permanently. What I am about to teach you is literally the SCIENCE, the proven FACTS about depression and how to fix it. So its NOT something you are destined to live with forever its caused by you and fixed by you. So step 1, is accepting responsibility because if you have chronic depression, this is your doing Ill explain how and why below. Which is great news because that means you have the control to make it your undoing.

What I am about to tell you is stuff your uneducated doctor doesnt even know. How do I know? Because doctors are trained to treat and manage symptoms with drugs and surgery. They know nothing about nutrition, gut health, inflammation, the cause, prevention, or natural treatment of this issue.

How else do I know your doctor doesnt know?

Because if you are reading this, you still deal with it, and clearly your doctors methods or drugs he prescribed arent working. Right or right?

Exactly. I’m writing this because the suicide rates have been high for a long time and they’re much, much worse now. I dont want to hear more stories of parents, spouses, or teens taking their lives. If you’ve ever known someone who has committed suicide you know ONE thing, it didnt end their pain it just transferred it to everyone else who loved them.

Right or Right?

So lets prevent that, lets make you feel your best. Lets make your spouses, kids, family, parents, everyone feel their absolute best! Yes, it is attainable but you’re going to have to make permanent lifestyle changes.

What I am about to teach you has literally eliminated depression in 100% of people who have followed these 10 things.

So I am warning you now, if you DONT do these(the first few especially), you will NOT get rid of your depression. Did you hear me? If you do not change, NOTHING changes. And it will continue to get worse and worse.

So im going to break this down dummy style, Im not going to give you the scientific mumbo jumbo Im going to give you easy to understand and follow explanations and action steps. This will save your life and your kids/loved ones lives.

Cool or cool?

But understand this first, there is biological or physiological need for drugs like Prozac, Abilify, Seroquel, Cymbalta, Wellbutrin etc. But there is a massive need for nourishing your cells and nutrients. No amount of medication is going to make up for a garbage diet (which almost 100% of Americans have).

If the drugs did work you wouldnt be reading this right now, right? Exactly. So lets teach you how to heal your body so you can toss those drugs because you feel so awesome.

#1. Eliminate Inflammation.

Another thing you doctor doesnt know is science figured out a long time ago that people who all have severe chronic depression have a couple things in common. 1. Inflammation of the body and brain and 2. Severe nutritional deficiences (we will discuss this below).

Depression is NOT the debunked “your body doesnt produce serotonin theory” or some genetic predisposition bs. Your body does produce it, can produce it, can produce more of it you’re just not giving it what it needs to do so and youre damaging everything that does produce it. The inflammation destroys your body and brain internally.

So understand a lot of what Im about to teach you below is about healing your body, replenishing the nutrients your body needs to reduce inflammation so it can function like the happy person you were supposed to be.

So what you creates inflammation? Literally almost every single food you love.

Pizza, crackers, pasta, bread, candy, soda, flavored coffee creamers, high carb diets, fast food, alcohol (not telling you you can never drink, you just gotta drink smarter), cereal, cakes, dessert, mixed alcoholic drinks etc. This clinic can be of great aid to you if you’re having trouble saying no to alcohol.

Basically SUGAR. Sugar, refined, processed forms is highly inflammatory. This is the major cause of your depression and the same foods that are depleting your body of the essential nutrients your body needs to heal, function, perform, and feel good.

How does it create inflammation? Damages your gut, creates microbiome imbalance, and spikes blood sugar. All lead to inflammation. We will discuss those a bit below.

So step 1 is knowing this and making the decision to reduce your severe inflammation and heal.

#2. Eliminate the inflammatory foods

So now that you know that your inflammatory diet is what is inflaming your brain and depleting your body of the essential nutrients, its obvious this is the next step. Yes, this means 100% and you weekend cheat meals. 1 bad meal can damage your gut and inflame you for WEEKS after. Its never worth the long term effects its going to cause. You wont get away with it. Even if it doesnt trigger depression immediately it will cause aches and pains that will hurt you in your workouts or daily life.

You heard that right, that back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain you deal with is tied to this inflammation too. Its not just your brain, its your entire being being inflamed and affected. So cut out all the garbage you keep eating.

#3. Eat Clean

Look, your idea of eating clean isnt even close. How do I know? Because I know humans and know what you so called healthy eaters, clean eaters actually eat. News flash, those foods you think are healthy are actually INFLAMMATORY.

Let me guess, you eat Whole wheat products, 7 or 9 grain bread, ezekiel bread, granola, chips, whole grain crackers, drink diet soda, eat protein bars, drink protein shakes, eat yogurt, or consider the tomato sauce on your pizza as a health food. lol

Got news for ya, you’re wrong. All inflammatory trash!

Eating clean is eating foods that come directly from a plant and a healthy animal. Mainly protein and veggies.

Thinks like steak and broccoli, chicken and asparagus, Turkey and cucumbers, Eggs and spinach etc. This is eating clean. These are what your body NEEDS.

I know its not what you WANT to eat, because it doesnt give you that dopamine high you get from pizza, icecream and cake. But its what your body NEEDS. You body has NO need for pizza icecream and cake, these are how you got depression.

So step 3 after you eliminate the garbage you’ve been eating is to EAT CLEAN. A simple mindset shift is to change your relationship with food, treat it as BUSINESS and stop chasing pleasure. Eating is like a business, you treat it right and you will get the most $$$$$ out of it. You dont, youll have a depressed, broken, dumpster.

Your choice, Im trying to help you but its only going to work from you APPLYING what im teaching you. Remember I have a 100% elimination of depression track record with this issue if you follow directions.

#4. Heal your leaky gut

One of the main reasons you are inflamed is because eating all of that garbage has completely wrecked your digestion, digestive tract. In almost 100% of your cases you have whats known as Leaky Gut. Your gut is damaged, it itself is inflamed, theres bad bugs, fungus, and undigested food getting into your blood stream triggering a systemic inflammatory response.

What you’re looking at above is a healthy intestinal lining on the LEFT. See the tight junctions? This keeps that bad stuff out, and allows only the good stuff like nutrients IN. On the right side is YOUR gut lining, with loose junctions, basically holes in your gut that allow all the bad stuff, undigested food, pathogens, toxins, fungus, inside your body. This creates a body that is inflamed throughout.

When your gut is damaged, you are F. Nothing will help you until you heal your gut and reduce the inflammation. This is why you need to avoid garbage foods like they are a disease because its those foods that will screw up your body, mind, life, and create diseases. One bite, one cheat meal, and you are screwed for 7-14 days or more. Its not worth it, EVER.

This is exactly why I NEVER cheat, to protect my gut. Its very sensitive, for everyone, and healing takes WEEKS or MONTHS of eating perfect and supplementing well. So why would I hurt myself only to suffer with inflammation, joint pain, aches, fatigue, depression, trigger allergies, eczema, hormonal issues, lower testosterone, mood swings, brain fog, anxiety, and looking fluffier all for a few bites of some garbage food thats going to make you feel awful after?

Sounds rediculous when you think of it like that, right? Exactly.

Just know those foods you keep eating mindlessly are destroying your gut which is known as your “Second Brain”.

Experts say that this gut issue is tied to every single chronic disease known to man. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes, strokes, alzheimers, autoimmune issues, eczema, psoriasis, acne, and rapid aging. A wrecked gut also means you’re not going to be able to absorb nutrients which means even more nutritional deficiencies.

So by eating clean and taking some of the supplements Ill be talking about below youll heal your gut, reduce the inflammation thats wrecking your body and brain, and regain control of your health.

#5. Eat more fat and protein

You are a carboholic, your diet has been mainly Sugar(300-360lbs per year for Americans) which is why your body is inflamed, breaking down, more than likely overweight, and you’re depressed.

Our bodies are not designed to eat this garbage. We are designed to mainly eat meats, fish, eggs, protein sources, veggies, nuts, seeds, and fruit in small doses! Which are vital for every single cell in your body and your brain. Along with your bodies ability to produce hormones. And keeping your blood sugar levels in check.

Your diet needs to be mainly Protein and Fats in order for it to look, feel, perform, heal, and function like its designed.

Nutrition is super simple guys, literally eat protein and veggies every meal. You do that youll be lighter, fitter, more energetic, healthier and happier.

Your brain thrives off of fats, the old low fat era was all a lie sponsored by the sugar industry that has cost millions their lives. (Fact)

We NEED fats, good fats and BADLY. You’ve been eating them but the inflammatory processed ones like canola, soybean, etc which comes in all your restaurant food and processed garbage foods.

You will get most your fats from your protein sources. So eat some ground beef, chicken thighs, fatty fish, whole eggs, etc. But also avocado, grassfed butter, nuts and seeds are some other sources.

Dont worry about cholesterol, that falls under that same debunked theory of the low fat era(sponsored by sugar industry). Cholesterol is healthy. There is zero correlation between cholesterol and heart disease that was debunked a LOOONG time ago and like 80+ studies ago. Having excessively high levels is just another symptom of INFLAMMATION which is coming from your damaged gut and SUGAR.

Just know you need a clean diet, prioritize protein and fats(most come from your animal proteins) in order for you body to start healing, functioning as its designed to. Protein and Veggies every single meal. Your veggies have micronutrients your body needs to function, perform optimally. Veggies also contain fiber which is crucial for your gut health, gut healing, and feeling satiated.

#6. Replenish Nutritional deficiencies

Ok, now that you are doing what it takes to eliminate the gut issues, and inflammation, its time to start replenishing the key nutrients your body needs to heal and eliminate your mood issues. But remember, this isnt going to help if you are being undisciplined and continuing to eat garbage. Im warning you.

  • Omega 3s. This my friends is the number 1 most important nutrient that you need to replenish that you are guaranteed to be deficient in if you have depression. This is a very, very special source of fat that your body, brain and cells thrive on. Also one of the most common severe deficiencies that those with so called “depression” have. You get this from mainly from fish, and seafood which most people hardly eat any of consistently. Even if you do, you’re still not getting enough to be sufficient. Your doctor has probably never heard this because he doesnt stay up to date with science. But I recommend doing a minimum of 10,000-20,000mg of a quality fish oil per day. Youll see after a week or sooner how much better you feel from this one thing alone. (given your diet isnt garbage and you’re eating clean. Costco sells one with wild caught fish thats like 9.99 for like 400 capsules, I’ve been using this for years.

  • Magnesium. This mineral is responsible for 300+ biochemical reactions in the body. From sleep, energy, muscle contractions, digestion, relaxation, heart health, hormones, brain functions, dental health, cellular communication, the list is endless. The garbage diet depletes your body of magnesium. Now this isnt a mineral you can just get a walmart, most supplements on shelves are synthetic and trash. So theres only TWO I personally recommend Mega Food Brand, and Liquid magnesium. I’d recommend 4+ tabs before bed, and take the liquid in morning or preworkout.
  • Zinc. This is another magical mineral like magnesium thats responsible for 100s of biochemical reactions in the body. This is responsible for your immune system health, hormones, neurotransmitters, and hundreds of others. The best food sources for this are oysters, crab, beef, lamb, pork, dark meat and chicken. But its minimal doses, you are deficient so the fastest way to get your zinc up is through a tablet. Same brand as the magnesium, Mega Food. Take 2+ with your magnesium before bed. Keep both by your bedside
  • Vitamin D. Vitamin D is another common deficiency that most people who are depressed lack tremendously. This Vitamin has now been dubbed the master hormone because its so vital to overall health. This is responsible for mood, bone health, immune health, hormones, metabolism, and tons of other things. Flu season isnt actually flu season, its vitamin D deficiency season. That tied in with the increase of garbage consumed from Halloween-NYE and thats a recipe for flu and heart attacks. You get vitamin D up from sunlight. You need 15-20 mins of sunlight on your skin daily to produce an adequate amount. So make sure you get some sun to pump your D up.
  • Iodine. This is another mineral thats vital to health, it plats a central role in mental health. It is also critical for a healthy thyroid, which is crucial for your mood and metabolism. Most people who get cancer are also extremely deficient in iodine. Seaweed, cod are good sources, but this is another you need to supplement to get your system replenished quick. My very favorite brand(i’ve tried tons) has been Survival Shield X2. Take 3-5 drops per day. Along with this one I would take some Selenium as well.
  • Vitamin C. Believe it or not people in 2021 still get Scurvy. Diets high in garbage and lacking good stuff like broccoli, lemons, strawberries, bell peppers, pineapple, etc. Lead to severe Vitamin C deficiency and this too can lead to depression. Best to get this from your veggies or supplement it, not from binging on fruit, you will get fat from binging on fruit just like you can binging on candy. So make sure you’re eating your broccoli and other veggies to get your vitamin C up.
  • B complex. This is another common deficiency that needs to be replenished. B vitamins are responsible for optimal metabolism and mental health. You get B complex from sources like nuts & seeds, dark green vegetables, legumes, eggs, fish, liver and meat. Noticing a trend here? A lot of your deficiencies come from you not eating Protein and Veggies. lol.

Now there are a few more honorable mentions like Iron(women), CoQ10, glutamine, manganese but these are bottom of the list. These ones I listed above take care of depression in literally 100% of the people who followed these directions.

#7. Workout daily

I know you dont feel like it, suck it up and do it anyway. There are two reasons for this, Endorphins and developing discipline. When you workout you create a happy chemical known as Endorphins, this stands for Endogenous Morphine. Yes, your body produces a natural MORPHINE. This is why you always feel good after an intense workout. This is why runners run, for the HIGH after. (Although I do not recommend distance running, it does produce a great runners high) The more intense you train the HIGHER you get. This is why I love pushing myself to near death when I train, do sprints, or run 1000 steps in Laguna beach, it feel AMAZING after. Even though I was suffering and dying during. lol

The other part is, you are training your subconscious that “you do what you intend to do”. You show up for yourself day after day, especially on days you dont feel like it, and you are sending a message to your subconscious mind that you always stick to your word. This builds belief in yourself, sense of pride, more self esteem, and makes you feel like you can do anything. Like stacking bricks to build a House(confidence)

When you DONT follow through its like taking a sledge hammer to that wall of your house or foundation.

Make sense? Yes or Yes?

So working out produces Endorphins that make you feel good, and showing up for yourself every single day makes you feel good about yourself. That sounds like a win win to me.

It will get even better as you start seeing that scale drop and those pants getting loose and some definition coming in.

So discipline yourself to show up for yourself and workout daily!

#8. Lose fat

Having high body fat levels is terrible for you health. There is no such thing as being overweight and healthy. The diseases are brewing guaranteed. You have to lose fat, being fat is hard on the body, hard on your joints, and your self esteem. The more fat you have the more estrogen your body produces (man boobs guys). This is not enjoyable.

So by following the nutritional recommendations above you will naturally start to drop weight from loss of the inflammation water weight, the water retention from you living off sugar for decades, and if you are working out daily, keeping calories in check, you will be dropping body fat.

#9. Deal with your hurt and your past.

Look, if you’re like me, and most people you’ve had some things that have hurt you in your past. Divorce of parents, a dad that never came around, a parent that verbally abused you, a parent that died, someone that abused you, an ex that cheated on you, a divorce yourself, loss of a child, a business partner that screwed you over, loss of a loved one that devastated you. Etc.

Theres some emotional work you need to do to deal with this to heal. If you dont, like me, living 40 years with anger/pain from an abandoned father, you will hold onto that pain FOREVER on subconscious level. It is affecting every single decision and action you are taking and making daily. And responsible for those terrible reactions you are having. These hurts are also one of the big reasons people are food addicts, drug addicts, severely obese, or alcoholics. These HAVE to be dealt with for you to truly be healthy.

So although all these other 8 tips I gave you will literally eliminate your depression naturally, to fully become your true, vibrant, peaceful, happy self, you have to do some emotional work and heal from all the things that have hurt you in your past.

The world is completely different when you do this I promise you. But like i said, the first 8 steps will eliminate you issue, Im just giving you extra credit so you can achieve ULTIMATE HAPPINESS.

#10. Share this with others!

The world is hurting, the world is depressed, the world needs help. So do your part by sharing this with others so they too can reverse this, heal and become their best versions of themselves. They arent going to hear this from their doctors, so you need to be the NEWS now and share this with them to help others THRIVE.

Along with that, when someone comes back to you in a few months and says “you saved my life” because they were on the brink of suicide until they read this, changed their lifestyle, and started wanting to LIVE again. This will absolutely CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

I know because this has happened to me TONS of times. Its often people you never expect too, they tend to look normal, happy, but inside they are dying, in pain, and want it to end. So you never know who it will be so share this with all your friends, on your social media, with your teen kids, with your spouses, with your parents. You can literally be saving their life.

10 reasons why “I just cant lose any weight”

Let me guess, you want to lose weight but cant, right?

Or maybe you know someone whos always complaining about not being able to lose weight, right?

You want to, you think you’re doing everything right but the lbs are just not falling off like you wish they would.

Well I got you so pay attention and brace yourself because I am about to slap you with some real talk, the EXACT reasons why, and facts.

By the end of this article you’re going to know exactly how to force your body to burn fat and learn what you have been doing wrong(probably many of these combined), and what you need to STOP doing and start doing so you can get the lean, sexy body you want that delivers confidence.

But first lets eliminate your first idea/thought/theory as to why you’re not losing, “starvation mode”

What is starvation mode?

Starvation mode is the supposed state a person is in when an excessive approach to weight loss has slowed their metabolic rate enough to completely prevent further weight loss from happening. (or possibly weight gain) even through a calorie deficit.

In order to lose fat, you need to create a calorie deficit. This is achieved by eating less and burning more. However when a person thinks they are in a deficit but isnt losing weight they most often assume its starvation mode preventing them from losing.

You know the…

-Im not eating enough calories

-Im not eating 6x per day to stoke the metabolic flame

-Im burning too many calories/overtraining

-Been in calorie deficit for too long.

I also hear people complain that its triggered because they yo-yo diet, go too many hours without eating, eat only 1x per day, skip breakfast, or losing weight and gaining it back causes it as well.

But the concept is that basically your body isnt allowing you to burn fat and you are pointing blame at your genetics, your body, etc, that version of starvation mode.

And the only way out is by eating more or working out less.

So let me be frank, this is utter bullshit! Starvation mode is a myth. It does not exist in the way you think it does.

Whats really happening is you’re making numerous mistakes and that 1200 calories you claim to be eating on average is more like 2200-4200.

Let me explain.

The ONLY way the human body will dig into its fat stores for energy is IF their is a calorie deficit present. THE ONLY!

So if you are not losing, what does that tell you?

NO LOSS = NO DEFICIT. PERIOD!

I am the master at fat loss, so much so my nickname is “Master Shredder”, I’ve written two books on this, and run a successful personal training business for almost 2 decades.

The one thing I hear from literally almost 100% of the new clients, people on social media all the damn time, is this victim mindset, lack of taking personal responsibility mindset “I just cant lose any weight. Im doing everything right”

WRONG! Youre not even close. This phrase is pure bullshit. And once I teach them what to do, they melt fat and get shredded QUICK! If you want to see some examples go here, these are just a few. So pay attention to what Im about to say, this article is going to be lengthy but it will change your life. Share it with spouses, workout buddies, or that cry baby friend thats always complaining. lol.

Just remember, if you create a calorie deficit, you will lose 100% of the time. I dont care what your family looks like, what genes you think you inherited, what race you are, what sex you are, this is the HUMAN body.

Just know your excuses, the starvation mode theory, and mindset are BS. I can prove it.

Proof #1. The Minnesota Starvation Experiment.

Every single calories controlled study that I’ve ever seen, on any animal, that created a calorie deficit resulted in weight loss 100% of the time. A calorie deficit = weight loss always.

Lets talk about the Minnesota Starvation Experiment. In this study, ill show pic below, 36 men were put on a 24 week long “starvation diet” consisting of only 2 meals per day and containing a total of 1,560 calories. Those calories were also reduced further along the study to ensure weight loss continued.

For these men, this represented an estimated daily deficit of 50% below their maintenance and they had to walk 22 miles per week as well. (this is why they were so frail, no lifting)

Guess what happened?

All of the participants lost approximately 25% of their starting body weight and reached 5% body fat. (Shredded AF if they were lifting)

Check em out.

Does this look like “Starvation Mode” kicked in and kept them from losing any weight?

Does this look like their 2 meals per day and low calories stopped them from losing weight?

Or that being semi starved for 6 straight months prevented them from losing weight?

Absolutely not! This experiment proved the exact opposite. you will keep losing until you die.

Now, no fitness pro is ever going to recommend extremely low calories like this (for men) for 6 straight months thats crazy. As you can see they are extremely emaciated from the muscle loss. Because your body if in long periods of deficit(months) will start to dip into muscle, and burn if for energy.

When aiming for fat loss, you are only deficiting for 6-13 days straight by my recommendations.

Now keep in mind these guys metabolic rates did slow some, but it was mainly because of the loss of muscle and weight. Less of those means less energy needs. But it does not come to a screeching halt like most of you think it does.

Your body burns calories 24 hours a day, 365 days a week. If it doesnt YOU DIE.

Are you dead? Clearly not, which means you’re burning like a furnace right now.

Lets look at a few real world examples where there is also proof that if there is a deficit present you lose 100% of the time.

-Anorexics reach deathly skinny levels and sometimes die.

-Starving children in Africa, millions of people die annually from starvation(extreme deficit)

-Holocaust victims were also deathly skinny from being starved.

All examples of people who were consuming less food than I will ever recommend under any circumstance for long periods.

We want a deficit, but we also want to have muscle and look sexy. Bones arent sexy. lol.

So for all of you thinking “Im eating too little. Im not eating enough. Im not eating often enough so my body is holding onto fat. my metabolism is shot. My genetics….” is pure bullshit I just proved it.

Now lets talk about why your body stores fat.

Its really simple, you overate. You consumed more calories than your body burned for the day/week, and the excess consumed gets stored as disgusting body fat.

This is very simple to do if you arent working out EVERY day. The average female burns about 1300 calories just to sustain life, the average guy about 1900. So if you dont workout and eat say 1400 calories ladies you store 100 calories as fat.

But lets be real, most of you eat garbage and consume about 3000+ calories per day and dont workout, which is why the average female in America is 5’3″ and 171lbs. Ladies a FIT version of you would be 105-120max (well developed legs)

Guys the same applies to you, no workout, you eat say 2000 you get fat. But lets be real, most of you live off fast food and your intake is like 4000-5000 per day. which is why the average man is 50lbs overweight and has 40 inch waist.

Most people do not workout, or only workout 1-3x per week, and eat garbage, so getting fat is EASY.

Now if those same people trained HARD the women will burn 2000 on avg, the guys over 3000(we have testostone, more muscle)

Now if they LIMIT their calorie intake by eating CLEAN, mainly protein and veggies and created a deficit, a healthy deficit, they would burn fat every single day.

Women 2000 – 1500 (deficit) = 500 calories burned from fat

Guys 3000 – 2200 = 800 calories burned from fat

You do that for a week and thats basically 1-1.5lbs of fat lost per week. Really its faster than this but I’m just giving an example.

You do this consistently and within 3-6 months you are going to be down 20-50lbs or more. Every single time. I see it all the time. From people that were just like you “I just cant lose any weight” mentality.

So now you know starvation mode is bs, and how you got fat and how to burn fat so lets discover what you are actually doing wrong thats leading to you getting more calories than you think you are and preventing your loss.

Just know first, you are either eating more calories than you think you are, burning less than you think you are, or both and no deficit is present.

Being lean, defined, ripped, shredded is purely having LOW body fat levels. You already have the lines in arms, legs, shoulders, and even have abs, you just cant see it because its covered by a layer of fat. Lose the fat, you get lean, defined, ripped, shredded. These are all just different degrees of being lean.

Ladies, the ideal body fat you are looking for is around 12% body fat. If you want more defined abs, lower like 10%.

Guys, the physique most of you are looking for is around 6-8% with defined abs, arms, shoulders, chest, back.

So lets talk about 11 things you are probably doing that are leading to you not losing any weight.

The REAL reasons why you’re not losing fat

#1. You’re not weighing and tracking your portions

You’re eyeballing your food, guesstimating and over eating unknowingly. No deficit, no loss.

You think you’re eating 1200 calories a day, but arent measuring shit, and really eating 2000, 3000, 4000+ calories per day. Studies prove people eat a minimum of 50% more calories than they think they do.

This is why its VITAL you are weighing portions and tracking your food intake. So you KNOW exactly how much you have eaten and when you are done.

I have a saying “If you eyeball your food, no one is going to be eyeballing you” because youll be fluffy/fat/chubby.

#2. You’re not tracking macros.

Which means you’re probably not measuring and overeating calories, no deficit, no loss.

Macros are your Protein, carbs, and fats measured in grams. You eat a specific amount of each, to hit your desired calorie goal.

For example:

Macros ladies 1500 calories comes from 56g carbs(veggies), 150g protein, 75g fat.

Macros Men 2200 is 82g carbs, 220g protein, 110g fats.

You MUST track your macros and calories for ACCURACY to create a calorie deficit. If you arent tracking you have NO idea what you have eaten or when you are done.

We us an app called myfitnesspal on your phone. It does all the work for you.

To create a deficit you have to reduce one of the macros, we KEEP as much protein and fats as possible because they are vital for your muscle, health, hormones and metabolism. We cut the carbs to create deficit. But unless you are tracking you have no clue where your numbers are and could be wasting your time in the gym to look the same.

So track your shit! This is THE MOST important thing to do when it comes to fat loss. So get uncomfortable, learn, and master this.

#3. You’re not eating clean.

You’re eating foods that you think are healthy but are NOT. And in most cases still overeating them and getting excess calories. Or even if you are being disciplined with portions these foods will still inflame you, make you retain water, weigh heavier on the scale, and make you look softer. But I know most of you arent being disciplined, so I know you’re overeating these because they trigger hardcore cravings you cant control.

What foods are these that are thought to be healthy, but arent?

Whole wheat bread, whole wheat products of any sort, ezekiel bread, 7 or 9 grain bread, granola, cereal, gluten free cookies are still a cookie packed with sugar, crackers, protein shakes(sucralose damages gut and triggers cravings), protein bars are candy bars, yogurt (pure sugar), sports drinks (pure sugar). etc.

In most of your cases, 99.999% of you, do NOT have the discpline to stop once you start. You cannot stop once you have a bite and one bite leads to more bad decisions for that meal and the rest of the day. Gaining you excessive calories for the day and week.

1500 calories of cookies vs 1500 calories of protein and veggies are both going to have a different result. Both a deficit (ladies), but they are going to have a different metabolic effect on your body, hormones, workouts, recovery etc.

So although calories are king, and you can lose weight eating cookies, you will be losing muscle, feeling like shit, have hormonal issues, be lethargic, crappy workouts, and look inflamed, water retentive, and fatter.

True Clean is foods that come directly from a plant or directly from a healthy animal. Steak and broccoli. Chicken and asparagus. Eggs and spinach. You know, the boring foods you’re avoiding eating. Yea, those are the ones that will take you to Sexy Ville.

So toss out all those foods and fill your kitchen with healthy stuff. Or your mind will just subconsciously convince you why you need to eat it. “You had a stressful day. I dont care. Ill start tomorrow. Ill start monday”. You know Im right.

You’re making life harder by having it in your home. Toss it or struggle with your weight. Your choice.

#4. You’re doing cheat meals

One of the fastest ways to ruin all your results is by doing cheat meals. These arent cheats, cheats would be getting you to your goal faster, these are sabotage meals. Because one bite of bread, cakes, icecream, pizza, will lead to a binge for not only that day, but for DAYS or WEEKS after.

This is one of the biggest reasons why MOST trainers clients look like shit. Because most trainers encourage cheat meals and once the client starts the food is so dopamine spiking, rewarding, getting them HIGH, they cannot stop. Which means a planned high calorie day of 3000 ends up being 6000+ for that day and days after.

On top of that, these foods are highly inflammatory, which make you lethargic, and trigger injuries or aches and pains in your workouts. Which means LESS workouts, less effort, less calorie burn for you for days or weeks after.

We do not do CHEAT meals, we do REFEED meals. Which is the same concept of getting a high calorie/high carb day but with CLEAN foods. So instead of garbage dominoes pizza, you make your own keto pizza with clean ingredients. Or instead of eating bread, pasta, and icecream, you eat fruit and sweet potatoes.

And still LIMIT your intake. By my recommendations we do REFEED days every 7 to 14 days. Deficit for 6 if you’re leaner, refeed day 7. If you’re heavier, deficit for 13 days refeed 1day.

But we DO NOT CHEAT. Got it? Good.

#5. You’re eating out too often.

Once again an easy way to overeat calories. you have no idea the portion sizes, ingredients, the farms they get their foods from, etc. Restaurant food is designed for 1 thing, to taste good. They dont care about your abs. They use food, and ingredients that are calorie packed, for there foods.

Even if you order smart, you can almost guarantee what you’re eating is 50% to 100% more calories than you think it is. You do this daily, or multiple times per week, and you can easily be overeating and delaying or preventing any results whatsoever.

Theres a common trend of those who eat restaurant food the most and being the most overweight.

I get it, eating out is good times with those you love, but you have to keep it to a minimum. Id save it for refeed days only mainly.

So stop being lazy and COOK your own meals for the majority of the week.

Dont know how to cook?

So what karen! Get your ass in the kitchen and learn! Theres tons of online videos, articles, and books on this. Not knowing doesnt excuse you, LEARN!

#6. Youre Weighing your proteins cooked

“WHAT??? OMG I do that”

Is probably what you’re thinking huh? This is one of the most common mistakes, I used to do this too until I too learned the hard way.

The calories in your proteins (beef, fish, turkey, seafood) are to be weighed in the RAW form. This is the state the nutritional info is for. NOT the cooked.

Most proteins lose 25-50% or more after cooking. So in other words if you’re weighing out 8oz of cooked chicken thighs, this could be 16oz of calories worth. You do this for 3+ meals per day and you’re overeating 1000+ from protein. No deficit, no loss. Period.

So account for the RAW form. Theres hacks to this but thats another article in itself.

Im sure your mind was just blown, most trainers dont even know this. Now you understand more why that scale isnt moving, huh?

Weigh it raw, track it!

#7. Tracking the wrong brands

Lets say you are eating clean, weighing portions correctly, tracking macros, not cheating, and doing everything right, but still not budging, you’re probably tracking the wrong brand in your app.

Mainly speaking about protein sources, not all proteins are the same. Steak from one farm could be 500 calories for 8oz, but over 1000 from another farm. So another common mistake is you’re tracking and eating the low calorie, wrong brand, but eating the high calorie brand.

So verify the nutrition info in the app vs the farm/package/website of the brand you get your food from. Most packages today have barcodes you can scan on your app, then choose serving size. But you need to Verify.

This is a common mistake I’ve made and I see people do all the time.

#8. You’re not burning enough calories

Your workouts are either inconsistent, non existent or they straight up suck. lol

You need to burn calories 7 days a week if fat loss is your goal, you have to BURN calories so you can eat your deficit amount and burn fat. They all arent going to be beastmode, some will be active recovery days, but you must put in the sweat and effort daily.

Or you starve. Your choice. Workout 7 days or Fast on the days you rest. Im sure after one day of fasting youll realize putting in workout is more fun and easier.

But you need prioritize LIFTING not cardio. You can get ripped doing zero cardio if your macros are DIALED and your lifting workouts are intense.

For example:

Typical gym goer that never gets results

Does this

10 reps of bench press, rest for 5 mins texting.

10 reps, rest 5 mins

10 reps rest 5 mins.

Moves to the next exercise. This is boring, a waste of time, and isnt burning shit for calories.

Heres how to train intense!

Bench Press 10 reps, Pullups 10 reps, Squat jumps 20 reps. Rest 90. 5 rounds. Then choose another 3. Then another 3.

See the difference? Who do you think is going to burn more calories? Who do you think is going to get sexy faster?

Clearly the one training intense.

Then if you want to accelerate this you add on some sprints at the end of each lifting session and youll get shredded quick! (But only if your diet is on point)

#9. You’re not holding yourself accountable

There are a few things you need to do to hold yourself accountable so that way you get to the next level.

Tracking your food, weighing portions is one of those.

Training 7 days or starving the day you dont is one.

Weighing yourself daily is another. If you’re lighter its not going to drop much or down consistently, but if you are heavier it should be.

Doing a body fat test every week on same day, same time. This and weighing are simple self accountability hacks that will make you step your game up. When you know you’re gonna step on that scale or get a thorough body fat test done you will subconsciously work harder and being disciplined, in your workouts, and being consistent.

Selfie Sundays. Take a selfie in swimsuit or undies every sunday at the same time this too makes you work harder because you dont want to see no progress.

Make a habit of doing all of these and watch what happens to your physique! Youll blow peoples minds!

#10. You’re not hanging around the right crowd

“Show me your friends and Ill show you your future”

“You become like those you spend the most time with”

This is a fact. The biggest determining factor to your success in life and with your body is WHO you associate with the most.

Right now you’re probably hanging out with a lot of people who are overweight, out of shape, and dont have getting sexy as a priority.

What do these kinds of people want to do? Eat out and drink. A LOT.

They are fun, I get it.

But guess what else they do?

They eat all the garbage you are trying to avoid.

They offer you a bite or buy you foods you shouldnt be eating.

“Omg this is so good, just take a bite. one bite wont hurt. try this omg! Taste this (sugary drink)!”

You know exactly who I am talking about. It might even be you, you might be THAT friend. lol

You hang out with 5 obese friends, youll be the 6th.

You hang out with 5 lazy friends, youll be the 6th.

But this also works the other way, if you hangout with 5 ripped friends, youll become the 6th. So surround yourself with those that are going to take you where you want to be and limit the time spend with those sabotage friends. And make sure you tell those sabotage friends they need to be supportive of your new life, not offer you food, or you will not hangout with them. Yes, you must be this straight up.

So there you go! Im sure you found probably 10 reasons why you arent losing any weight. lol Or at least a few. Fix those and you will become INCREDIBLE!

I know this is long winded but it had to be written, this information has to get out, Americans as a whole are fat and not living to their true potential. Getting a fraction out of this life that they could be if they were healthier, more energetic, lean, confident, sexy, and happier with themselves.

“Should I get the vaccine?”

First off, lets talk some common sense and some logic which is extremely lacking in America today. (I blame sugar for its devastating effects on the brain/body creating brain fog and reducing your brains ability to process information effectively)


First Im going to ask you some common sense questions and you need to use your logical thinking mind here.
If this was truly about your health why arent they blasting over social media and mainstream media HOW to create immunity and how to get healthy?


Why arent they hiring doctors and fitness professionals all over the nation to be interviewed on the mainstream media to teach you how to create a strong immune system so that you dont get and spread this disease?

Why arent they teaching you about Zinc, vitamin C, Vitamin D and nutrition to build your immune system so you dont get sick and dont spread?


Why arent they encouraging working out to make your body healthier and stronger?

Why are they pushing for masks that have ZERO scientific evidence they work and even the intelligent experts agree? (like trying to stop mosquitoes with a chain link fence)

Why are the majority of people who wear masks the actual ones that get the virus?

If masks work, why do we have to social distance, stay home, and close businesses?

If they dont work why are we wearing them? (im not wearing them but the sheep are)

If im not wearing a mask, touch people daily, never social distance, hug, kiss, high 5, never really wash my hands, and hangout in massive groups all the time, howcome Im not dead? I guess Im Just a walking miracle.

If its so deadly, how come my business has been open almost the entire lockdown(closed only for 6 weeks), and we have had ZERO outbreaks with 1000s of workouts? more walking miracles i guess. lol.

If social distancing works why the masks?

Why are masks and social distancing required at airports literally for people to be touching side by side on planes?

Where did the seasonal flu go? It magically disappeared last year. Normally there are TENS OF MILLIONS of cases, but last year it was like 2000 ish. thats weird.

Did you know March 24th, 2020 the CDC sent emails to hospitals telling them to label “suspected or presumed” CVD deaths as a CVD death? FACT look it up. Its not a secret.

Did you also know they ordered hospitals to label a positive CVD case if it is “suspected or presumed” even without testing to prove?

So you show up with the seasonal, they label you C19. Or maybe you have the sniffles because you ate something inflammatory the day before, they label you C19.
This literally happened all of 2020.

What did that do? SPIKED case NUMBERS. Fact, look it up.

Why did the WHO come out right after the inauguration and basically say “Oops we were wrong, the PCR tests were set to high (40 cycles) creating lots of FALSE POSITIVES (80-95%), hey hospitals lower the cycle count (17-20 or less)” Not exactly in those words but that is what they said look it up.

Heres a fact that you probably dont know and will blow your mind…..The same people that are behind the creation/release of this virus also own big pharma, also own 90% of the mainstream media, and control DC.

I havent been sick in YEARS. I dont get sick. Im immune to getting sick.

So do I recommend getting the shot F*** NO!!!!

How come I dont get sick? Because I know common sense, science, and am very disciplined and EARNED my health.

Its literally simple.

Heres all you need to do:

#1. Clean Diet. The standard american diet makes you FAT and crushes your immune system. You know, your diet, your families diet, full of sugar, bread, pasta, crackers, cereal, cakes, flavored coffee creamers, fast food, chips, protein bars(basically candy bars with more protein), granola, candy, etc.
You know the diet that is also tied to heart attacks, cancer, diabetes, autoimmune issues, depression, anxiety, that diet. The one 99.99% of Americans have. that one is HOW you get sick. yes, that diet need to be eliminated.
You need a diet that is CLEAN. Comes directly from a plant and healthy animal. Protein and veggies. Fruit in small doses. That is a clean diet.
you know, Steak and broccoli, Chicken and asparagus. You know the one most people refuse to eat but the Must if they ever intend on being sexy and healthy.
So step 1 is eat clean and drop body fat.

#2. Supplement your micronutrients.
Thinks like magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, iodine, along with the protein and good fats that come from your clean diet make your health a FORTRESS.

These are the raw materials your body needs to function optimally. Think of these as the workers and supplies to build a mansion. you need to materials, wood, concrete, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, roof shingles, etc. Your body(the workers) need the supplies to build. no supplies, your old house begins to crack, crumble, and eventually will fall (disease and death)
Eating pizza, cakes, bread, pasta, fast food is like taking a hurricane to your house.
Remember that. But supplement your raw materials and eat clean to get even more.

#3. Vitamin D. Sunshine! Sunshine on your skin produces vitamin D. vitamin D has been dubbed the “master hormone” these days because its vital for ALL your bodily functions and especially fat loss, muscle growth and building a strong immune system.

We dont have a flu season, we have a vitamin d deficiency season. Winter months people are inside, getting no sun, no vitamin D and immune system tanks. Couple that with the crappy diet that gets worse from halloween through new years from holiday parties, candy, junk everyone indulges in and you have the recipe for Flu and heart attacks for those who are already on the brink. The so called flu season is actually Vitamin D deficiency season and also known as heart attack season.
So by being Fit, eating clean, getting sunshine, you prevent this.

#4. Workout daily. yes, this means 7 days a week. Some days are beastmode, some days are just active recovery, but you need to get active daily. If you are inactive now, start with 3 then go to 4, 5, 7.
Thats it, thats all you gotta do and you will set yourself up to live to 100+ and avoid diseases and medications and especially this lame virus.

Why arent politicians and the mainstream media telling you this?Why arent they hiring me to come speak to the cities, nation to say this?

You know why, you are just probably too afraid to admit it.

But whatever. I just want you to KNOW your facts, know how to prevent getting the bug and other comorbidities, and teach you how to better take care of yourself.

Tip #1. Remake your recipes.

I mention this in the prep article, but there is a healthy alternative for EVERY single thing you could imagine. No matter what your favorite food is, the food you look fwd to the most(mine pumpkin pie), there are smarter, healthier, cleaner, lower calorie option recipes all over the internet.

The recipes Im about to recommend are super easy to make and made with all natural ingredients. So the key is when searching for a new recipe is to search on Google for “Paleo Recipe_____” or “Keto recipe___”

The reason I say search Paleo/keto is because anything that qualifies as Paleo/keto doesnt have Flour(wheat or white) or Sugar(refined) in the ingredients. The average American consumes 360lbs of SUGAR annually, which come from sugar and flour(bread, pasta, pizza, cereal, etc).

Flour is sugar to the body and these two are the top 2 killers in America, the top two reasons why Americans are fat. And the top 2 things that cause cravings and binging. Also the cause or our cancer, obesity, and heart disease epidemic.

So eliminate those from your life. Theres BETTER foods you can eat. Whatever you want to make, Search for your favorite dish in Paleo or Keto form and you will find a smarter, healthier option that will keep you ON POINT. All you gotta do is a quick google search, for example, search “Paleo Pumpkin Pie. Paleo Turkey. Paleo Ham. Paleo pie crust. Paleo mashed potatoes. Keto Pumpkin Pie.” etc.

Although Im not one that follows a Paleo style diet, I do believe in always eating REAL food just like the Paleo community. This trick here is the hack getting great recipes without jeopardizing your results.

Tip#2. Replace your Flour with a smarter alternative.

Your recipe should be following the tip #1 rules. But just incase you arent listening I want to reiterate AVOID flour One of the absolute WORST ingredients you could consume is Flour(white, wheat), its worse than sugar, highly inflammatory and damages your body in tons of ways.

Incase you dont know, todays Wheat crops have been hybridized, scientifically engineered, and have Super Glutens which our bodies cannot digest efficiently. They wreck your gut lining leading to inflammation and chronic diseases/ailments.

On top of this contain Round Up(glyphosphate weed killer). Along with having very addictive effects leading to cravings and over eating. Along with spiking your blood sugar putting you in a fat storing mode from that and the the Insulin burst.

By avoiding this stuff like the plague, this will eliminate the Gas, Bloating, digestive discomfort, lethargy, brain fog, skin disorders, depression, anxiety, and cravings for the days after. One of the major reasons emergency rooms are flooded every year after thanksgiving, and christmas are because of this ingredient. Leaing to flu, pushing people over the edge into heart attacks etc.

If you dont listen to me understand its highly inflammatory and will cause all the above and also lead to an injury, joint pain, muscle pain for 7-14 days AFTER consumed. Which means you are going to be tight, achy, in pain, and your workouts are going to suck if you eat it, or you will pull, tweak, or tear a muscle.

Its TERRIBLE. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms now you know why. The foods to watch out for if others bring them (bread, pasta, baked goods, pies, pie crusts, fried foods, flour tortillas etc)

So if your recipe calls for flour what would be the smarter choice?

Replace Flour with Almond flour, or coconut flour. Using coconut or almond flour will also reduce the carb intake DRASTICALLY because they are higher in healthy fats. Healthy fats will make you fuller longer and will help keep you from over eating and gaining weight. I will discuss some options in the tips below.

Just make sure you follow tip #1 for you recipes and avoid all foods that contain flour that others bring to the party.

You should also share this article with those people coming so they get ideas, jump on board, or at least understand why you are eating differently than them.

Tip #3. Replace refined Sugar with better alternatives.

If you followed tip #1 this is done. Now in all years prior I have suggested that people trade out any sugar ingredients with Honey or 100% Organic maple syrup(My personal choice), or Brown Rice syrup. This eliminates the refined sugars which are highly addictive and can drastically spike blood sugar levels leading to a crash following. But I recently discovered something new that I do making my famous pumpkin pie and it comes out awesome and had a fraction of the calories and eliminated most of the carbs!

What is it?

Monk Fruit Extract!!!

This is similar to how Stevia is a zero calorie sweetener, but this one has a much better flavor without the after taste, and bakes well. So this year, my recommendation is to use Monk Fruit instead of honey or pure maple syrup, for one reason, it slashes your calories and carbs! As you know, when it comes to burning fat, avoiding gaining fat, its a CALORIE game.

So this year, if you want to slash calories more, this is what we are going to do. Noone will even notice, this stuff tastes just like sugar, kinda crazy.

Now with that said, be very careful about the brand you buy, some of them I found have Dextrose or Maltodextrin in the ingredients which is actually SUGAR! So dont just read the front label and nutrition info actually check the INGREDIENTS LIST thats where the truth is. You should only see Monk Fruit and some also have Eythritol. These are fine. Anything else, avoid.

The brand I found which is online(amazon prime it), Whole Foods, Sprouts, Mothers carry it is called Lakanto Classic!

Sugar is 8x more addictive than cocaine, which leads to you craving and binging on more of the same. So Avoid it and replace it with healthier options like Maple Syrup or Honey or Monk Fruit. Holidays ONLY!!! Although these arent as bad as refined sugars they are still tasty, still packed with natural sugar (honey/maple syrup)and can lead to cravings and overeating if you add them to your normal everyday life. So holidays only!

Tip #4. Protein Is Priority. There are two hacks to this that are absolute life savers for holidays and social events. The first one is the appetizer. You see, most people put out chips, bread, and other carb foods for appetizers/snacks.

This is a fitness FELONY. This spikes blood sugar, leading to a crash, insane cravings and non stop binging for DAYS. So we have a smarter choice and its one of my personal favorites, Deviled Eggs.

Deviled Eggs are packed with protein and good fats, both of which make you FULL because of the hormones that are triggered when you eat them. So by starting off the social gathering with Deviled eggs you are saving yourself, and your loved ones from over eating and getting fat because you will be feeling full already.

What happens if you snack on deviled eggs and feel full?

You eat less when it comes to the thanksgiving meal!!!! This is a win!

Just make sure you make your Deviled Eggs with Paleo Mayo(find homemade recipe on google. or buy premade at Whole Foods or online)

I would boil up 5-8 dozen eggs(Costco sells Organic 24 pack cheap, use 3 of those packs) because these bad boys go quick! I usually make 130+ and theres never any left overs.

Hack #2 is mentioned in the holiday prep article here Thanksgiving Week Prep To Get Fit During Holidays but I will say it again. When its time to sit down with the family for dinner/brunch your very first full plate is a pure PROTEIN plate. This means your first plate of food is pure turkey, eggs, steak, ham, lamb, or fish. You do NOT get to touch anything else until you have finished your PROTEIN plate.

That means no potatoes, no fruit, no pie, no alcohol until you have done this. The reason we do this is to keep your blood sugar from spiking, leading to a crash, which prevents cravings and binges. No cravings, no binging, leads to no excessive calorie consumption and you getting fat.

Now after those two things are done, its time to enjoy the foods you like. The smart ones of course. You get to eat your potatoes, fruit, Paleo Pie(recipe coming up below), or have a glass of wine.

You follow those two rules and it will save you and your loved ones from over eating 1,000’s excessive calories. Which means you survive the holidays without any weight gain. Yay!

We have talked about ingredient changes, so lets talk about some of my favorite ways to make pies and pie crusts.

Because lets be real, we all know thats the only reason you like thanksgiving, the pie, dont lie. lol

Tip #5. Low Carb Crust and Delicious Healthy Pie Filling.

CRUSTS

Pecan Crust (This is amazing but high in calories)

Heres how to make it:

1 cup pecan pieces (frozen)

2 T melted Grassfed butter (Kerrygold at store)

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or 2 tbsp Monk Fruit

1. Take pecans out of the freezer and measure them into a food processor (you can use a blender, but be careful not to blend them down too small). Pulse the processor until the largest pieces are as big as lentils or split peas.

2. Add the butter and the sweetener (Maple Syrup or honey). Blend until it’s mixed evenly.

3. Dump it into a pie pan, and push with your fingers to cover the bottom and sides. It should be the right consistency to mold the crust to the pie pan evenly.

Nutritional Analysis: Whole crust is 1058 calories, 41 Carbs(Good Carbs), 100g Fat(GOOD fats), 10g Protein. This Equates to 132 calories, 5g carbs, 12.5 grams of Good Fat, 1.25 grams of protein per slice.

If you use Monk fruit its about 960 calories and less carbs.

Compare to Normal Pie Crust. 1800-2000+ Calories with 216g Carbs(Blood Sugar spiking, Body Fat Promoting, addictive kind), 108g Fats(not so healthy kind), 9g protein.

That means if you choose the Pecan Crusted over a normal pie crust you save Almost 100 calories per slice and eat 22g less of carbs per slice. Thats a WIN! And even more if you use Monk Fruit.

ALMOND FLOUR PIE CRUST (This is my personal crust choice this year)

Ingredients:

2 cups of almond flour

1 egg, 1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp coconut oil or Grassfed Butter

1tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey or 1tbsp monk fruit

Instructions:

1. In a food processor or bowl, briefly mix almond flour and salt.

2. Add in melted coconut oil(butter), Maple syrup(or honey) and egg and mix until a ball is formed.

3. Press dough into a pie dish. Note: this pie dish was larger than the standard 9″ size, so the crust didn’t extend as far up the sides but you get the idea.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.

I will say the Pumpkin pie recipe below tastes better with the almond flour crust, but I also have listed a crustless option to save calories. Yes, I have thought of everything.

So we talked Crusts, lets talk PIE.

Most peoples favorite pies are Apple and Pumpkin so take either one of these pie recipes below and put this filling into can be made using any one of the crust options above, or go crustless to reduce calories like the one below.

What I mean is to put this same filling into a Almond crust, a pecan crust or just go crustless.

CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE!!! (This comes out amazing even with no crust!)

Ingredients:

3 eggs

2 cups pumpkin puree

2/3 cup Monk Fruit(I’d do just shy of 2/3 cup its sweet) or ½ cup Maple Syrup or Honey

½ tsp. salt

1.5 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. nutmeg

½ tsp. ground ginger

¼ tsp. allspice

¼ tsp. cardamom

¾ cup Unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1-2tbsp of Grassfed Butter or Coconut oil

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease a glass pie dish with Grassfed Butter or coconut oil.

3. In a medium-sized bowl, slightly beat the eggs.

4. Add in the following to the eggs, hand whisking after each addition to combine well: pumpkin puree, honey, salt and spices, milk.

5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. You can check if toothpick inserted into center comes out relatively clean, but after 1 hour and 10 minutes, it should be done. You should check at an hour to make sure it’s not burning, if it is, it might need to come out early. You want the pie to set, but you don’t want the top to brown/burn.

6. To serve, slide a silicone spatula under each piece (rather than a metal cake server/cutter), which keeps the pie piece from breaking. (Your first piece may be less successful since it’s hard to slip a spatula under when there’s no room, but I haven’t had problems with any piece thereafter).

7. Serve warm or cold, with whipped cream or ice cream (optional).

You can use that same Pumpkin Pie filling recipe above and put it in your Pecan Crust or Almond Crust, or you can go Crustless. Just make sure if you are using crusts to bake them for 10mins first before adding the filling.

Now lets talk Apple Pie

APPLE PIE FILLING (Use one of the 3 Crust options listed above)

Ingredients

5 medium apples (or 3 extra large apples)

1 tbsp vanilla

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cloves

1 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp monk fruit

Instructions

1. Peel apples, core, and slice into thin strips.

2. In a large bowl, add sliced apples and the rest of the ingredients. Use your hands or a large spoon to mix the ingredients delicately and well.

3. Place the apple pie filling evenly into the pie crust. Sprinkle 2tbsp of Monk Fruit

4.. Make your own side Dishes

Whipped cream, cranberry sauce are both packed with BAD sugar. So here are some smarter recipe options that are quick and easy.

Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

– 4 cups fresh berries (a mixture of your favorite)

– 1 lemon

– 1 can full fat coconut milk (14 oz.), refrigerated for 6 or more hours

– 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract

– 2 Tbsp. raw honey

– Dash of cardamon (optional)

Directions:

1. Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (or overnight). This will cause the cream to separate from the milk. Open the can of coconut milk and scrape out the cream into a medium sized bowl. Hint: I always open the can from the bottom and pour the milk out into a separate container before scraping out the cream. You can use the saved milk for other recipes.

2. Add the vanilla and raw honey (and a dash of cardamom if desired). Whip the cream with a hand mixer for about 3-5 minutes. Place the bowl in the fridge until ready to serve.

3. Wash berries and place in serving bowls. Squeeze the lemon juice and pour over the berries – use as much or as little as you like. Place a big scoop of Coconut Whipped Cream alongside the berries and serve.

4. Use to top off Pumpkin pie, apple pie etc.

Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

12oz Organic Cranberries

3/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed/juiced Orange juice

1/2 Cup Honey

Directions:

1. Mix all 3 ingredients into a pan and simmer on medium heat. Stir often, simmer until the sauce thickens and the cranberries all pop.

2. Refrigerate.

3. Serve at room temperature.

So there you go, there are the tricks and tips by trading out the terrible ingredients with smarter choices. I found all of these recipes by doing a quick google search “Paleo___recipe”. Be sure you do the research to find your favorite recipe and make a healthier, smarter version. Make sure you follow all the Holiday RULES and you will have an great time, get to enjoy some good foods and you will stay lean through the holidays.

HOW TO GET FIT THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS!

Ok, so the holidays are here! These are one of my favorite holidays because it is the time we get to all get together, we start feeling more appreciative for others, we spend more time with friends and family, we feel more love, we get to all get together on the special day…………………………………and GET FAT!

NO! Not this year!

Would you like to know how to do the holidays right so you can eat, drink, party, have fun, enjoy your friends and family and STAY IN SHAPE? Would you like to learn how to get FIT though the holidays?

Yes or Yes?

Awesome! So lets do this!

When it comes to living Fit/ripped/defined year round this is a 24/7 discipline all year long. You have to always be planning ahead, planning your meals, planning your workouts, making your nutrition and training a priority. During the holiday seasons especially.

So Im going to lay out the process of getting fit through the holidays step by step, if you follow it, you will get LEAN during the holiday season, dont follow it and you get to be the statistic that starts off the new year heavier.

Wanna learn how to do it the right way?

Ok, lets go!

Step #1. Carb Deplete!

This means 1 week out from the holiday, or as soon as you see this article if you’re late seeing it, you are to cut your carbs completely. Now you should NEVER be eating processed carbs to begin with, things like bread, pasta, pizza, crackers, cakes, cookies, icecream etc. So when I say cut your carbs Im talking about the healthy ones too, so this means cut out rice, beans (beans are NOT protein vegans!), potatoes, fruit, quinoa (this is a carb too vegans!), etc

Wanna know why?

The main reason is to deplete your body of stored glycogen(stored sugar in muscles and liver). You see all carbs, are broken down into sugar inside the body, whats not used up, burned up, gets stored into the muscles and liver. So we are depleting those stores to make room for more carbs coming in on Thanksgiving day. This makes it less likely that you will spill over into fat. Completely prevents it if you follow the rest of the rules to follow.

So starting 1 week before or immediately upon reading this, carb deplete. Make sure that you increase your fat intake to hit your calorie goals, and that you hydrate adequately and add some Pink Salt to your water a few times a day. (1/4-1/2 tsp each time). When carbs are low, water and salt must be higher or you will feel like shit.

For those who know how to track calories, macros, make sure you still hit your calories, just increase fats to hit them with carbs low.

PVF. This is one of my tricks known as Protein and Veggies First. This is the staple of all meals. But especially while depleting.

So you eat proteins like beef, chicken, fish, pork, turkey, eggs, etc. Make sure you eat some meals with the fattier versions like ground beef, chicken thighs, some salmon, whole eggs, etc.

(Fats are GREAT for you and every cell in your body, your brain, your hormones NEED fats. Forget everything you’ve ever heard about Fats and Cholesterol it was based off of a LIE, flawed science, and has cost millions of lives. It was also launched after Harvard scientists were paid $50,000 to blame fats for heart disease when it was actually sugar all along. Guess who paid them? The sugar industry! Just an FYI. Google it. Its fact.)

Then add in some veggies like spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus. But dont eat these raw, thats gross, I dont even do that and Im a health freak. I prefer to cook them on stove, covered, in thin layer of water, with some garlic powder, salt, pepper, butter. Dont eat boring veggies, unless you like them. lol.

But keep your carbs around 30g, which is basically 1-2lbs of veggies eaten with your proteins.

So step #1 to prep is to carb deplete!

Step #2. Find Clean Recipes.

There is NO reason to ever eat junk food, none! Every single dish you love can be created, remade using clean ingredients that dont wreck your gut health, your health, and trigger insane binges because of the addictive properties.  All it takes is some quick research and some trial runs to test them out before you find a winner.

So whatever your favorite dish is that you’re dying to have on Thanksgiving go on google and type in “Paleo____” or “Keto___” or “Low Carb____”.

We do this because the main two ingredients you want to avoid consuming are refined sugars and flour(white,wheat), this are absolute physique killers, health wreckers, and gym injury creators. So by finding recipes that are Keto, or Paleo approved, you are going to find recipes that do NOT contain these ingredients. If you find the right sites, they will be using healthier ingredients, natural ones, from nature, like almond flour, coconut flour, sweeteners like honey or real organic maple syrup(not crap like aunt jamima), etc. By eating the clean versions, you will eliminate the highly addictive ingredients that cause BINGING making you fat and causing harm to your gut health leading to the inflammation that is linked to all diseases, including you getting sick(colds, flu) and injuries in the gym.

This is also the time of the year where heart attacks increase because of these foods consumed. Its also the busiest time every year in emergency rooms are the days after Thanksgiving and Christmas because everyone is sick AF cuz they wrecked their gut health eating flour, sugar, crap, basically opening the door for bacteria and viruses into their blood stream. Probably didnt know that happens, huh? I know. Most people dont thats why Im educating you right now.

This is why we avoid these foods like the plague and find smarter, healthier ingredients to make the foods we love.

For example, my favorite thing is Pumpkin pie, so years ago I did this google search, found an outstanding recipe which I will be sharing in another article. This recipe is awesome and has won 2 taste contests. I also have some other recipes for the common dishes for Thanksgiving day that I use annually as well.

Heres also two trusted sites that usually have great recipes check them out in the links below to find what you like. I would recommend doing a test run so you have some experience with the recipe.

(Know this, Im doing all of this WITH you. I do exactly all these tips each year and lead by example. )

The point is, DONT just buy shit at the store and serve it, at least not for you. I understand you may have some family or friends who DGAF about themselves so they eat whatever, fine, buy those to serve them. But for yourself, make your OWN dishes so you can keep your diet clean and on point.

One of these clean recipes that is an absolute staple for you holiday is Paleo Deviled eggs. Its just mayo, mustard, parprika, top with some Paleo Bacon or ground beef pieces. They are a HIT! You gotta use clean mayo though you can find it at most grocery stores, Whole Foods and online. Looks like this

Deviled eggs are LIFE savers because serving these as an appetizer makes everyone feel full and satisfied. The protein and fats in these trigger the hormones that make you feel fuller. So everyone will naturally eat less, but feel satisfied throughout the day, including YOU. Which is a WIN!!!!

Got it? Yes or Yes?

So Carb deplete, then find healthy recipes.

Step #3. BURN 1000+ calories!

You should be burning calories every day anyway, but especially on Thanksgiving day. YES you read that correctly! You MUST work your butt off on Thanksgiving day or you are guaranteed to get fat! Your calorie intake is going to be high, so your calorie output must be insanely high!

So you need to get up, early if you’re traveling at 2am, 3am, 5am, whatever it takes to get your workout in and burn 1000+ calories. It may take 2 workouts. But get it done! Wanna know why?

Heres why…..

The average basal metabolic rate for men is about 1900 calories, the average for women is about 1300 calories. If you dont workout, thats ALL your body is going to burn for the day and anytime you eat MORE than your body burns, you store all the excess calories as FAT. So if you dont workout and you eat 2000 calories guys, you get fat. Ladies if you dont workout and eat 1,400 calories, you get fat. EVEN if its healthy foods!

This is why you should be training every day, but especially training on thanksgiving day! Cuz I guarantee you’re going to eat a TON more than your basal metabolic rate. Even with the tricks Im about to teach you.

Now, if you go workout, burn 1000+ calories your bodies are going to be burning a ton more! Ladies youll be around 2300-3000. Guys youll be around 3000-5000. So not only are you getting your 1000 cal burn, you’re also going to get some afterburn calorie burn from your body trying to recover from the workout all day.

For example……

My BMR is about 1700 cuz im short, on normal training days I burn about 2800-3000+ depending on my effort. Last year on Thanksgiving I lifted then went to do our annual Thanksgiving day shred with clients, I burned like 1,500 calories in my workouts. Tracking it using my Polar a360. After my workout that day I restarted my watch to watch my afterburn all day. My normal resting heart rate is about 38-40bpm, when I train I get up to 180’s and 190s on my shreds so my afterburn is NUTS. That day after my 1,500 burn my total calorie burn for the day was well over 5,000 calories, which is INSANE!

Which means I could have eaten 5000 and never gained an ounce, but since I followed the exact same rules Im about to teach you, I was FULL AF and didnt even come close to that. I finished off the day around 3,000. So literally had pie, alcohol, turkey, and enjoyed the day like everyone else, just smarter, and STILL kept a calorie deficit and didnt gain anything, actually lost that day.

This is WHY you gotta workout!!!!

I also recommend doing this fasted to further deplete your muscles and reduce your overall daily calorie intake. Dont worry, you wont lose your gains. Make sure you take salt pre and post workout or you will feel like DEATH. Take some during too if needed. Typically in 1/4-1/2 tsp servings. If you feel like shit, bump more, especially after the workout.

So Carb deplete, find clean recipes, burn 1000 calories!

Lets move to step 4.

Step #4. PPF!

Ok, So you have prepped for a week out, you have done your research for clean recipes, you have made your clean dishes, you have made your deviled eggs as an appetizer and you have put in the WORK to burn 1,000+ calories to increase your output for the day.

Now its time to EAT!!!

So you shoulda already started eating your deviled eggs, so you should already be feeling a lil full, not hungry, cuz those hormones are kicking in. Awesome! But now its time to sit down with the loved ones for the feast so the next step in the process is PPF!

WTF is PPF?

Its very similar to PVF that I mentioned in tip #1, but this one is different just a tad, PPF means “Protein Plate First!” This means when you are making your first plate of food for your meal your very first plate of food is PURE protein. That means full of turkey, steak, more deviled eggs, ham, pork, whatever your family is serving. Your first plate of food is pure protein, no potatoes, no pie, no fruit, no gluten free stuffing, no carbs yet, just protein. We are still hacking your body and hormones. So eat the entire plate full of protein first, then when you get up for seconds then you can have some of the fun foods you really want to eat.

Why do we do this?

Same reason we did the deviled eggs, to basically fill you up, keep you full from the hormones triggered, so you naturally eat less calories. Youll be so stuffed after this meal, you wont be grazing all day like most people do consuming 1,000’s and 1,000’s of excessive calories that are exploding their wastelines and cellulite.

Because you’ll be so full, you wont even want to look at anymore food and you wont feel like you’re missing out.

Brilliant, right?!! Yes or Yes?

So you’ve carb depleted, you’ve made healthy ingredient recipes, you made deviled eggs, you burned 1,000 calories, you ate the eggs as appetizers, you PPF, then you ate your healthy fun foods, now lets talk about how to drink with that!

Lets move to tip 5

Step #5. Drink Smart!

Ok, I get it, we all love to drink and enjoy ourselves when we have these celebrations of love during the holidays. Yes, you CAN drink, but you have to be smart about it. You have to drink at the right TIMES and make SMART drink choices.

So what are the right times?

Simple, AFTER you’ve eaten a bunch of protein. So after you’ve eaten your deviled eggs, or after your PPF. Then its go time! Drink up!

The reason we do this is to keep your blood sugar and hormones in check. If you drink first, like most people do, youll F yourself and end up with wrecked hormones, insane bingeing and making all the wrong food choices. But if you eat some protein first let the hormones start kicking in, youll be good!

So what is drinking SMART?

As you’ve probably noticed theres a trend here, a focus of always doing things to reduce, cut, eliminate calories, so if keeping your calories as low as possible is the goal, what should you be drinking?

Lets start with what you SHOULD NOT be drinking……Mixed drinks, margaritas, mimosas, champagne(unless you’re sipping), wine(unless its just a glass), etc. These are high in calories, carbs, or sugar for most of these. The others like champagne, wine tend to be triggers for binge drinking and eating for most women. So if thats you, AVOID. If you can drink responsibly, go for it.

So what are the lowest calorie options that have the MOST alcohol by volume?

Everclear!!! Jk I dont want you getting your stomach pumped cuz you got alcohol poisoning.lol.

But the answer is simple, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio cuz I know you guys like wine, so this is your best option. Cuz its low in carbs usually, about 12-14% alcohol by volume and low in calories. Yes, I know it tastes like sh….. But it gets the job done and keeps you calories in check.

The other option is hard liquor this is also low calorie and high in alcohol. Things like whiskey, vodka, rum, tequila, etc. On the rocks or with some lemon or lime squeezed, or just straight shots if you go hard on Thanksgiving lol.

Either one of those options are the smart options that will get you tipsy, reduce your calorie intake, and help you enjoy the day without making you a fatty.

Win-Win, right? Yes or Yes?!

Ok, so we have discusssed Carb depleting for the week prior to prep, we got healthy recipes, we burned 1,000 calories, we made eggs, ate our eggs and ppf, we drank smart, we had an amazing time connecting with our loved ones, our bellies are stuffed, we are grateful, thankful, happy and we are almost done with the rules.

What? I thought we were done?

Almost, theres one more rule to follow!

Step #6. Toss It!

Most people dont only gain weight ON Thanksgiving day, they continue to for the week to follow, guess why? LEFTOVERS! They have left over stuffing, pies, potatoes, cakes, candy, and all kinds of things that will literally make you crave like crazy, leading to you making excuses, NGAF, and giving in over eating on more and more and more.

NOT THIS TIME!

Even the healthy foods we made will make you just as fat if you keep eating them. And the clean recipes will still trigger cravings, so the best way to avoid dealing with the cravings and over eating is to TOSS IT! That means when everyone is going home, you need to get it OUT of your house. That means throw it away or send it home with the friends and family who came, either way it needs to LEAVE your house.

If you have ever been to my house you have seen me do this exact thing as soon as people start leaving, everything that is processed(family members brought), high carb, possibly addictive, goes in the trash or home with them. Its getting out of my house, immediately before i even go to bed.

This is crucial! And it will help you wake up the next day, and jump right back on track with your nutrition and training because you’re not being distracted by the taunting of the tasty food in your kitchen. This is also key to staying on point all year, never bring anything addictive/processed or even healthy foods you dont have discipline with into your home.

So the very last step of the week to getting fit through the holidays is to throw out all the CARBS!!!!

You can keep the turkey, steak, beef, or whatever other protein sources you have, those are fine. Everything else GOES! 

You follow these rules, and you will literally be getting FIT through the holiday season while the other 99% is getting fatter like they do every year.

The weekend is near and this is the time 99% of Americans blow all their results.

The weekends are what separate the avg gym goer that never gets results from the sexy inspiring ones that turn heads.

How?

Because average people are binging on crap food, crap alcohol, and being lazy.

While the inspiring ones maintain discipline and implement lifestyle systems to be able to stay on point year round.

So here’s how you do the weekend RIGHT. THE SMART WAY if you intend on socializing/drinkingRemember your physiques look, your body fat levels, are ALWAYS a calories game.

ALWAYS!

This is literally step by step how to crush your weekends, and even holidays. This is literally how I live myself and Im teaching you my system.

If you dont follow these rules you will OVER CONSUME calories and store it all as disgusting body fat.

If you do follow these rules you will have fun and stay on track to get fit/stay fit and be part of the 1% that live lean, fit, and sexy

So let’s begin. #1. Your carbs should be low and in check all week.

Eating mainly protein and veggies all week. Yes you read that right. If you are intending to drink weekly you MUST do this. This primes your muscles to absorb the carbs from your socializing/drinking.

#2. Train HARD first thing each day. This is a given, you should be doing this every day anyway, but im reaffirming GET YOUR ASS UP and go burn 1000 calories!

Your calorie intake is going to be higher due to the ALCOHOL and eating out, so your calorie OUTPUT needs to be HIGH. Or youre guaranteed to gain fat.

#3. Eat before you go.Meat n veggies. Yes eat before you go eat.

This gets you feeling full so when you arrive you naturally don’t want to eat. Or eat much. This keeps your desire to eat down, keeping your calories lower.

#4. Eat smart. Restaurant. Chips, bread, pasta, desserts, are never an option. Order ONLY meat n veggies if you want to still eat.

Friends houses. Bring some paleo deviled eggs, some keto pizza, some more Meat & veggies for everyone or some other kind of healthy dish that will fill you up more.

Then still keep carbs and calories low. These foods also add to the making you full effect. That means you consume LESS calories.

#5. Drink Smart. Ok its time to have some fun!

Youve eaten clean, kept carbs low priming muscles, worked out hard, ate before you went, ate smart, now its time to drink!

So what can you drink thats (SMART) high in alcohol and low in calories?

Simple, liquor or wine. Liquor, shots or on rocks, tequila, vodka, rum, whiskey etc. NOT MIXED drinks these are SUGAR BOMBS and calorie PACKED.

SUGAR bombs will lead to drinking 1000s of calories(getting fatter), and lead to CRAVINGS which means you’ll be making dumb food choices after.

Like binging on the junk nearby or hitting up the Del Taco drive thru for an extra 5000 calorie binge fest.

So avoid like the plague!

Smart option is also…WINE

Pinot grigio, chardonnay, some reds.

The ones with high alcohol content and lower carbs means you’ll consume LESS total calories than if you drank sweet wines/dessert wines/Yes I’m aware these taste like shit, suck it up. Thats a cost of living sexy.

Thats it!

FAT LOSS IS EASY!

It really is! The reason why its hard for YOU and you may have been unsuccessful, or maybe people you know are unsuccessful is because you are making it hard.


How you ask?


Because you’re literally trying to have your cake and eat it too. You’re trying to keep your old habits that made you fat while putting in a half assed effort into making permanent lifestyle changes that will make the process more seemless.


Im telling you right now, the EASY way to lose fat and keep it off is by doing the two things Im about to tell you that simplify it.


Im also going to tell you will probably not like what Im about to say and will resist these changes. And as long as you keep resisting changes your jeans will keep resisting you. lol.

So what are the two things you need do to?


Simple……Burn Calories and Limit Calories EVERY day.

Boom, thats it!


So lets break this down and elaborate
Step #1. Burn Calories. This is a MUST EVERY day. Yes I said everyday. Yes, that means Monday through sunday. That means you need to go break a sweat every single day.

Why is this vital?
Because the only way to force your body to burn fat is by creating a calorie deficitand the only way to do that is by #1 Increasing your calorie OUTPUT and #2 Limiting your intake.


If a Deficit does not exist, fat loss will NEVER occur. If you have been struggling to lose fat that is because you are NOT doing what it takes and creating a deficit through your diet and training.


Which brings me to #2, Burn Calories everyday.


Step #2. Limit Calories.
Like I just said first you must burn, but the REALLY most important part is the limiting your calorie intake EVERY day.


Because you can go burn calories everyday and overeat and still never lose an ounce of fat. Hello 99% of gym goers.

This is the most unknown and overlooked part of transformation.
Yes, this means you must weigh portions, and track your intake and STOP EATING once your numbers are hit!


“But I dont want to”
Welp enjoy living in a body you dont want. Cuz that is the ONLY way. You got fat because you constantly overeat. You make poor food choices that are calorie packed. You dont portion control and you are always over consuming calories.


Eating healthy is NOT good enough, you HAVE TO TRACK and limit your intake. Even healthy foods will make you fat or keep you fat if overeaten.


its not your genes, your thyroid, your metabolism, its YOUR FOOD! FACT!


Lets give you an example:
Your body burns calories 24/7, they typical female has a basal metabolic rate of about 1300 calories just to survive. Now throw in a Daily workout like I told you you should do and shes now around 2000+ total output for the day.


now if she RESTRICTS her calories to say 1,500 but burns 2000 that means shes pulling 500calories from her body fat. This is known as creating a calorie deficit.


and it is achieved by obsessively limiting your calorie intake, and burning calories daily. You do that, you lose fat every single day you do that. You do that for 30 days you lose 8-30lbs of fat depending on how heavy you are.
Now with that said theres more to fat loss than just a deficit everyday, but Im just giving you an example. Im actually a big fan of carb cycling. But thats another post.


But just know you HAVE TO do these two things to burn body fat
With that said your diet should consist of REAL foods. Protein and Veggies every single meal. Your protein and fat macros are the MOST important, not carbs. Its best to reduce carb intake to create the calorie deficit and provide your body the most important nutrients it needs Protein, Fats. You will get lots of your daily fat needs from the protein sources as well.


When I say carbs Im only speaking of HEALTHY versions like veggies, fruit, quinoa, etc. Not bread, pasta, pizza, crackers, chips, etc. Those are NEVER allowed.


This falls under the “doing things you dont want to do” category I spoke of, but trust me, permanently eliminating these is the EASY WAY to stay on track year round.


Because one bite of these will typically lead to a binge for days or even weeks after.


Thats why most people DONT have the body they want, because they keep trying to incorporate junk food, cheat meals, bites, which always lead to binges.


On top of that they have detrimental effects to your health. Every single thing that goes wrong with your body can be tied back to your poisonous diet and nutritional deficiencies. This includes your skin, your mental health, your physical health, everything.


So there you have it, my two simple steps to burn fat.


Lets recap:
#1. Burn calories 7 days a week. They wont always be beastmode, but you need to move, hike, bike, play a sport, lift lightly, etc on the days you dont feel 100% to be beastmode. Get your calorie output up.


#2. Limit Calorie intake DAILY. By eating mainly protein and veggies. Eliminate junk food permanently. Eat clean!


Like I always say, “The highest form of self respect is FIT BODY produced by a clean diet and active lifestyle”

HOW TO MAKE LOW CARB PIZZA!

Look, I know for a fact that pizza is one of your favorite foods as it is MOST Americans. But this is also one of the absolute worst foods you can ever put in your body. WORST! With a whammy of highly inflammatory ingredients that WRECK your body, blood vessels, cells, and mind.

The trick to being able to stay on point with your food, get healthy, and still enjoy eating some of your favorite foods is to MAKE your own foods!

Pizza is something I make quite often for parties and its always GONE within minutes theres never any leftovers. Even my family and friends that eat AWFUL and have no desire to eat healthy LOVE this pizza. So Im gonna give you a quick recipe you can make.

But know, you CAN still get fat from this if you overeat it, just like any food. But with that said its packed with some ingredients that will make you full all day so its highly unlikely youll over eat it.

The trick to making healthier versions is simple google “Keto _____recipe. Paleo___recipe” These eliminate the awful sugars and flours found in traditional pizza.

So this version is a low carb KETO PIZZA!!!

This is enough to feed a family of 4 so if you are having people over make two or three separate versions of this, then cut into tiny bite size pieces.

Im gonna give you the ingredients then the quick directions to prep.

Keto Pizza Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of mozzarella cheese shredded
  2. 2 tbsp of Cream Cheese
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 3/4 cup almond flour
  5. 1/2 cup Sugar Free Marinara
  6. Sugar Free Meat of your choice, I use ground beef pieces usually.

Instructions on how to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Get a glass pie pan or glass caserole pan, rub grassfed butter along bottom and edges to grease it so it doesnt stick.
  2. Put 1 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 2tbsp cream cheese in a pan on stove and heat it up until its melted. Put on medium heat or less, dont burn it. Stir constantly. You can microwave but I have never done it that way.
  3. Put 2 eggs, almond flour in bowl and mix. Once mixed start to pour the cheese in and mix.
  4. Spread the dough onto the buttered pan to 1/4″ or more thickness using your hands. If it is super sticky oil your fingers with olive oil. Then poke holes in the crust so it doesnt bubble.
  5. Bake at 425 for about 6 minutes, then pull out and poke more holes, put back in for another 6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Pull that out grab a spoon and spread 1/2 cup of Marinara on the crust.
  7. Sprinkle another 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Then put on your meat topping.
  9. Place back in oven and bake at 400 for about 20 mins.
  10. Pull out cut into slices or small bite size pieces and enjoy!!!!
This is the macros for the whole pizza minus the meat topping, just the crust, cheese, marinara.

Thats it! Super simple and super delicious!

HAVE YOU GAINED THE QUARANTINE 15LBS?

Its extremely common for Americans to have put on over 15lbs during this quarantine. So much so the name “Quarantine 15” is actually a thing. lol


I know its been a while since Ive written an article, but I just wanted to give you some quick tips on how to lose the Q15 and prevent getting the C19.


By the looks of how political this all is, its not going away anytime soon. So you need to learn how to LIVE now before that 15 turns into 30-45lbs.


Step #1. Eat Clean. Duh, the obvious, right? But I’ve seen most shopping carts at the grocery stores when I go and they are packed with the exact trash foods that CREATE body fat and destroy your immune system.


Know that the quality of your physique and the quality of your health is tied directly to the quality of your NUTRITION.


So by eating clean you are eliminating the highly inflammatory foods that make you fat, unhealthy, and susceptible to getting sick.


Nutrition summed up in 3 words, PROTEIN AND VEGGIES.


That means some form of animal protein, and some form of low carb veggies should be the staple of all your meals.


The protein, fats, and fiber are vital for optimal health but also trigger hormones that make you feel fuller so you naturally want to eat less. Which means you get to burn off some nasty body fat, this Quarantine 15.


Step #2. Train Daily!

This is another no brainer, but its a MUST to get your calorie output UP so you can burn off some body fat. But on top of this is keeps your body fit, young, strong. So you’re less likely to succumb to virus exposure and even if you do you will beat it easy.


Look, if you havent done any research, the death toll (padded) studies prove that 94-99% of those who have passed from COVID had 1-3 other comorbidities. Aka they were already dying of something else. So they were weak, immune compromised, unhealthy.


You can be skinny, young, and still be terribly unhealthy inside.
But you need to train to burn calories and create a fit, strong, body that can fight off any lil flu virus is comes across.


Keep in mind all the bs in the media is bs. We have trillions of bacteria, viruses in our body, on our body, and in our environment all day, everyday, year round.


The CDC and WHO recently admitted that the asymptomatic spread is RARE. You’re not gonna kill everyones grandma for going outside, not wearing mask, not socially distancing.


So get outside, go to gyms, workout, LIVE!
I know a lot of gyms are closed(we arent), so you may have a hard time finding a gym to train at, but thats no excuse.


You can buy adjustable dumbbells, pullup bands, and many other pieces of equipment you can do at home.


You can also do lots of bodyweight exercises.
You can also just lace up and go do some sprints right outside your front door.


If you dont know what to do exercise wise its called “Buy a book!” or youtube “at home workouts. body weight workouts. workouts with bands” etc.


Do not make excuses. The fittest people I know stayed fit through this Rona, some even got BETTER during it!


Those in my area arriving back at the local corporate gyms who are super dedicated still managed to maintain their physiques at home.
Its commitment to the lifestyle!


Step #3. Get Sunlight.Sunlight on your skin produces vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency leads to weak immune system, weak bones, weak body, poor mental health, and even a slower metabolism.


Vitamin D deficiency is also a common denominator of those passing with Covid.
So get outside daily and let the sun kiss as much skin as possible for about 15-20 mins.


You will notice when your vitamin D levels increase you feel better all around. Its vital for optimal fat loss results, and immune health.


Step #4. Supplement well.Im gonna list a few supplements you should take daily that I can almost guarantee you are deficient in.


#1. Omega 3s. Get this from fish oil or Algal oil. Take 10,000mg or more per day.

#2. Mega Food Brand Magnesium responsible for 100s of biochemical reactions in the body from sleep, digestion, muscle contractions, energy, etc. Take 4+.

#3. Mega Food Brand Zinc. vital for immune health, hormones, and 100s of other biochemical reactions. Take 2+

#4. Psyllium Husk. You are more than likely very fiber deficient this is an easy way to get more and its a hack to take 2tbsp or more daily to make you feel full all day. So naturally you want to eat less.

#5. digestive enzymes. Most of you have terrible digestion because of poor eating for years, so these help your body break down food better so your gut functions better.

#6. Keybiotics brand probiotics. having a healthy gut is key to optimal health. Especially right now with the Rona. Probiotics populate your gut with GOOD bacteria which help your body function better. including controlling appetite and better immune function.

So there you go some quick tips to improve your physique and health so you can reverse this Quarantine 15!

6 TIPS TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM!

Want a strong immune system?

Want some tips you can do right now to protect you and your family?

Did this scare get you worried you were gonna die?

That’s proof you KNOW you need to make a change and take better care of yourself.

Before I begin let me begin with saying that Americans have lost their damn minds! This is exactly why the government will never tell you the truth about aliens.lol.

Also keep in mind you are being completely manipulated by fear because of the main stream media which is heavily controlled by the pharmaceutical industry. Vaccines are their most profitable drug. The severity of this virus is NOT near as bad as they are making you believe. In a few months from now I’ll be posting the facts saying “I told you!”

But having a great immune system is always a great thing. Your body is fighting bacteria, germs, viruses all day every day. And even if you dont get this virus the flu is still always looming and being sick sucks.

These viruses are more of a threat for our loved ones, the elder, unhealthy, and those with weakened immune systems.

The cases are already on a decline now in China and stores are opening back up.

But I want to share some tips that will help you make your immune system strong so you never have to worry about this again. Cuz there will be another scare next year, the year after, and especially during election years.

Pharmaceutical companies use the media to scare the public and increase profits, its how they have always done it. You can choose to not believe that, or open your eyes and see whats right in your face. I dont care.

But you need a strong immune system so you have great health and peace of mind so here we are. Im gonna give you some basic tips that are truly common sense, but some may be new ones you’ve never heard.

So lets go.

✅ Eat Clean.

Most Americans eat 300-360lbs of sugar annually! Eating sugar, bread, pasta, chips, crackers, fat food, soda, sports drinks, yogurts, whole wheat etc. All of these are sugar to your body and they wreck your health and immune system making you highly susceptible to virus and diseases.

Your body is fighting off bacteria, germs, viruses 24/7 and if you consume these foods, which most of you do, you reduce your bodies ability to defend you. You weaken your immune system making you more susceptible to diseases.

So think about this when you are feeding your kids, your weak parents/grandparents foods they LOVE. These same foods they are addicted to will ruin their immune system and make them susceptible to getting sick. It also slows their ability to fight once they do get sick and could lead to death.

If you have loved ones with comprimised health its these exact foods that have created their poor health to begin with. Sugar is the CAUSE of cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, alzheimers, strokes, etc.

If you want to reverse those diseases, extend their lives, you can ONLY do that by completely changing their diets.

So what should you be eating?

Foods that came directly from a plant or healthy animal. That means protein, veggies, nuts, seeds, fruit, etc.

So step 1 is clean up your diet and give your body the vital micronutrients, and macronutrients it needs to function optimally and defend itself.

✅ Lose body fat.

The avg Americans is obese and being obese makes you at risk for death by viruses. It also leads to cancer, heart attacks, diabetes etc. like I just mentioned.

Infectious disease experts say those that are obese are at high risk of death from these diseases.

Fat loss only comes from eating right, limiting calorie intake to create a deficit, and burning calories in workouts DAILY.

By choosing to eat clean you will drop lots of excess weight fast if you do it right. I recommend you make the staple of every meal Protein and Veggies First, PVF. This provides you the most important macronutrients protein, fats, and gives you fiber which will make you naturally feel fuller so you naturally eat less.

Vitamin C will come mainly from your food, veggies, fruit etc. But feel free to supplement as well. Look for food sources in the ingredients list, like cherry, lemon peel, etc. You can also do lemon/lime squeezed in water or lemon oil. All great ways to bump your C.

Vitamin D is crucial! Notice the Flu season is around the holiday season when its cold and people are not outside much. No sun touching your skin means low Vitamin D levels and low vitamin D has a books worth of symptoms. Every single disease, issues, ailment can be linked to a D deficiency.
