The weekend is near and this is the time 99% of Americans blow all their results.

The weekends are what separate the avg gym goer that never gets results from the sexy inspiring ones that turn heads.

How?

Because average people are binging on crap food, crap alcohol, and being lazy.

While the inspiring ones maintain discipline and implement lifestyle systems to be able to stay on point year round.

So here’s how you do the weekend RIGHT. THE SMART WAY if you intend on socializing/drinkingRemember your physiques look, your body fat levels, are ALWAYS a calories game.

ALWAYS!

This is literally step by step how to crush your weekends, and even holidays. This is literally how I live myself and Im teaching you my system.

If you dont follow these rules you will OVER CONSUME calories and store it all as disgusting body fat.

If you do follow these rules you will have fun and stay on track to get fit/stay fit and be part of the 1% that live lean, fit, and sexy

So let’s begin. #1. Your carbs should be low and in check all week.

Eating mainly protein and veggies all week. Yes you read that right. If you are intending to drink weekly you MUST do this. This primes your muscles to absorb the carbs from your socializing/drinking.

#2. Train HARD first thing each day. This is a given, you should be doing this every day anyway, but im reaffirming GET YOUR ASS UP and go burn 1000 calories!

Your calorie intake is going to be higher due to the ALCOHOL and eating out, so your calorie OUTPUT needs to be HIGH. Or youre guaranteed to gain fat.

#3. Eat before you go.Meat n veggies. Yes eat before you go eat.

This gets you feeling full so when you arrive you naturally don’t want to eat. Or eat much. This keeps your desire to eat down, keeping your calories lower.

#4. Eat smart. Restaurant. Chips, bread, pasta, desserts, are never an option. Order ONLY meat n veggies if you want to still eat.

Friends houses. Bring some paleo deviled eggs, some keto pizza, some more Meat & veggies for everyone or some other kind of healthy dish that will fill you up more.

Then still keep carbs and calories low. These foods also add to the making you full effect. That means you consume LESS calories.

#5. Drink Smart. Ok its time to have some fun!

Youve eaten clean, kept carbs low priming muscles, worked out hard, ate before you went, ate smart, now its time to drink!

So what can you drink thats (SMART) high in alcohol and low in calories?

Simple, liquor or wine. Liquor, shots or on rocks, tequila, vodka, rum, whiskey etc. NOT MIXED drinks these are SUGAR BOMBS and calorie PACKED.

SUGAR bombs will lead to drinking 1000s of calories(getting fatter), and lead to CRAVINGS which means you’ll be making dumb food choices after.

Like binging on the junk nearby or hitting up the Del Taco drive thru for an extra 5000 calorie binge fest.

So avoid like the plague!

Smart option is also…WINE

Pinot grigio, chardonnay, some reds.

The ones with high alcohol content and lower carbs means you’ll consume LESS total calories than if you drank sweet wines/dessert wines/Yes I’m aware these taste like shit, suck it up. Thats a cost of living sexy.
